This 62nd episode has Matthew Bachrad and Danielle Stern, our in-house project management team, explaining what they have achieved so far together with their Marketing Plans for the project. Matthew will then take us on a tour of comparable buildings within the Delray Beach area. Andre Tejera, our hands-on architect & Shane Ames from Ames International Architecture, will give us their view on the project and what they are doing to move things along. Julie Kogen, our General Contractor, will give us her unfettered viewpoint as only she can and as we have come to expect. Finally, Marisha Kreitman, our Surveyor & Mapper, will let us know how we are proceeding with replatting the lot from two lots to three. And we watch Delray Fire Department take on a Massive Bee Hive (nest) situated in the chimney of the house on the land.
