Electrical systems are progressing with the final wiring for breaker panels, ceiling lights, outlets, appliance connections, and switches, laying the foundation for a seamless living experience.
The bathrooms' waterproofing is nearly complete, bathtubs are in place, and showers are primed and ready for water, marking significant milestones in creating these stunning spaces. The floors are being meticulously prepped for the installation of luxurious finishes, while external site drainage work is well underway. These townhomes are beginning to take on the warmth and character of a true home everywhere you look.

Summer is in full flow, as are the construction workers and tradespeople at the Townhome Project in Delray Beach. We update you on the roof, windows and framing. Lots to catch up on, so come watch our 18-minute review of the construction project so far.


 

ROOF ON!
The construction team at the Delray Beach Townhome Project has finished the shell scheme and moved into the interior to take on the final phase, which should take 10 months to complete. All here at Centennial Investments are incredibly excited to get a glimpse of the finish line of this incredible journey.

This final catch-up video brings us up to speed on the Delray Townhomes project as of February 6th, 2024. We see the construction team pour the concrete for all the tie beams, which binds the building columns and beams together to make the structure solid from the ground up through all the floors and eventually to the roof. Then we see, at long last and eagerly awaited, the second-floor hollow core slabs placed via crane across the entire structure, a significant step in the construction process of the townhomes. The three feet of concrete poured on top of the second-floor hollow core is just as noteworthy and a milestone, and we are there to witness this through our camera lens for your interest. This is two floors, first and second, installed and ready to be worked on, two more to go, third floor and roof.
We are marching on!

This is Tony's first chance since his total knee replacement surgery to post a video of the Townhomes Construction project in Delray Beach.
Although construction is well-advanced as of January 23rd, 2024, Tony picks up from where he left off in October of last year; he takes you
back to the end of October and the beginning of November 2023 and shows you the utilities infrastructure being prepared underground for the development.

 
 

 

After a five-month absence, we are back.
Join us for the Groundbreaking Ceremony at the Centennial Square Townhomes building site. We will start you on the journey with us from the beginning of construction right up to the time the buyers finally occupy the homes they have been patiently waiting for. We will share all the trials and tribulations, warts and all, as we navigate the stages of the build. It should be fun.

In this month's episode of CITV, we contemporaneously catalog week-by-week March and April 2022 as we try to free ourselves from the imposed review process forced on us by Delray Beach Development Services. We bring you a unique perspective on what developers face when constructing ground-up construction in Delray Beach. Share our experiences as we set out to build three luxury townhomes in the center of Delray Beach adjacent to the IPIC theater, Delray Beach Market (largest food hall in Florida), and the famous Atlantic Ave.

This month's CITV introduces you to our new general contractor's Tester Construction Group. They take over from Kogen Construction to build out the three townhomes in downtown Delray Beach South Florida. We show you several projects already in build that are similar conceptually to our townhomes project and update you with timelines to break ground and why we are slightly behind schedule in that regard. You will visit a critical Architectural & Design meeting where the GC meets with the Architect & Designer for the first time to discuss some changes to the proposed plans.

This 62^nd episode has Matthew Bachrad and Danielle Stern, our in-house project management team, explaining what they have achieved so far together with their Marketing Plans for the project. Matthew will then take us on a tour of comparable buildings within the Delray Beach area. Andre Tejera, our hands-on architect & Shane Ames from Ames International Architecture, will give us their view on the project and what they are doing to move things along.  Julie Kogen, our General Contractor, will give us her unfettered viewpoint as only she can and as we have come to expect. Finally, Marisha Kreitman, our Surveyor & Mapper, will let us know how we are proceeding with replatting the lot from two lots to three. And we watch Delray Fire Department take on a Massive Bee Hive (nest) situated in the chimney of the house on the land.
